FROM THE SOUTH/CHIPPENHAM PKWY: Take the Huguenot Road exit, turning right onto Huguenot
Road. Follow Huguenot Road across the bridge. Take a left onto River Road at the stoplight. Take River Road to
North Ridge Road. Turn right at the light onto North Ridge Road. Follow North Ridge Road until it turns into
Forest Avenue. Continue on Forest Avenue. The Commonwealth Building is past Henrico Doctors Hospital and
will be on your right. The main entrance is on the side of the building opposite the street. Virginia Eye Institute is
on the second floor in suite 200.

FROM THE EAST OR WEST VIA I-64: Take the Glenside Drive South exit. Follow Glenside Drive to Forest
Avenue. Turn right at the light onto Forest Avenue. The driveway to the Commonwealth Building is the first left
after the stoplight at Bayberry Court. The main entrance is on the side of the building opposite the street. Virginia
Eye Institute is on the second floor in suite 200.

FROM THE NORTH/I-95: Take the I-64 West exit. Take the Glenside Drive South exit. Follow Glenside
Drive to Forest Avenue. Turn right at the light onto Forest Avenue. The driveway to the Commonwealth Building
