Good Days Chronic Disease Fund: Lack of Funding for 2025

Copay Assistance Funding

Notice to Patients: Copay Assistance Funding

Historically, patients enrolled in Medicare (without secondary insurance) and Medicare Advantage plans have benefited from the Good Days Chronic Disease Fund program, a national non-profit organization that helps offset the cost of coinsurance for retina injections. However, we recognize the challenges with copay assistance funding this year and have confirmed that the program is currently unavailable.

If you have high out-of-pocket costs with Medicare or a Medicare Advantage Plan,we have other options available to support you. Please keep your appointments for your retina injections. If you face difficulties meeting coinsurance amounts, do not cancel your appointment. We may have more affordable retina medication alternatives that can help you.

We also offer financing through Care Credit and in-house payment plans.Additionally, we can provide a Pre-Estimate of services before your treatments to help you understand your financial responsibilities and make informed decisions. Your health and well-being are our top priorities.

Please discuss with your physician if you need to seek more affordable treatment options. Your health and well-being are our top priorities.
