Nicole A. Langelier,

M.D., M.B.E.

Nicole Langelier, M.D., M.B.E. is a board-certified oculofacial plastic surgeon specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids and face, as well as advanced laser rejuvenation of the skin. A perfectionist with a warm, patient-centered approach, she combines surgical precision with artistry to create natural, balanced results that enhance each patient’s unique features.

Dr. Langelier earned her Doctorate in Medicine and Masters in Biomedical Ethics from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, where she also completed her ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Scheie Eye Institute. She went on to complete a highly selective two-year fellowship in Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Duke University Eye Center, sponsored by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) — the nation’s highest standard of subspecialty training in this field.

Since 2017, Dr. Langelier has proudly served the Richmond community, providing expert care in both cosmetic and reconstructive oculofacial surgery. Sought after nationally as a speaker and educator, she teaches other physicians advanced techniques in facial surgery and aesthetic laser medicine. With her expertise in both surgical and non-surgical facial rejuvenation, she helps patients achieve their best aesthetic outcome through an individualized plan that emphasizes safety, precision, and natural beauty.
