VEI had a blast this year, volunteering at the Opening Eyes event at University of Richmond this past Saturday! The 2023 Summer Games brought more than 1200 athletes, 2000 volunteers, and countless supporters this weekend in the RVA Special Olympics’ largest annual competition. VEI helped provide new free glasses and vision screenings for all of the athletes competing. Thank you to Megan Brunswick, Lisbeth Diaz, and Jessica Fenning who made this possible.
