The Patient Portal, Healow, helps you communicate with your provider by providing access to your medical information online.

The portal allows you to access:

  1. Appointments – Request & keep track of appointments
  2. Lab Results – Receive and view latest lab results
  3. Medication – Request prescription refills
  4. Medical Records – View your personal health records
  5. Messages – Send non-urgent messages to clinical staff
  6. TeleVisits – See your provider virtually by computer or phone.
  7. Videos that explain this process are available in English and Spanish
  8. Guides on installing and using the app for TeleVisits are available in English and Spanish

How do I sign up?

To gain access to our secure server on Patient Portal and become web-enabled, simply sign-up by contacting our office. You can contact our office to request a secure log on and password now to begin utilizing this efficient method of communicating with our office.
