The portal allows you to access:

- Messages – Send non-urgent messages to clinical staff
- TeleVisits – See your provider virtually by computer or phone.

How do I sign up?
To gain access to our secure server on Patient Portal and become web-enabled, simply sign-up by contacting our office. You can contact our office to request a secure log on and password now to begin utilizing this efficient method of communicating with our office.
