Happy Friday! VEI had the pleasure of attending the Annual Senior and Caregiver Expo hosted by Henrico VA Aging on Wednesday. This year the expo was held at the Eastern Henrico Recreation Center and geared towards seniors and the residents of Henrico County. There were over 50 older adult focused programs and organizations on-site, who provided information about services ranging from personal care, transportation, government programs, non-profits, senior living options, and much more. All attendees were entered to win raffle prizes and had an opportunity to learn about services and resources available to them in the community. VEI gave vision screenings and gave out information to our seniors and their caregivers. We loved partnering with Henrico County EngAGE and look forward to attending future events!
